At Green Oasis, all of our flowers, plants, and arrangements are prepared fresh and often customised to each order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on flowers, plants, or gift items
We are unable to offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect recipient details provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
